The founder of Phela Enterprises, Mpho M.K Phela, is a visionary entrepreneur with a profound passion for the mining industry and a deep commitment to sustainable development. With an extensive background in Enterprise and Supplier Development, Accounting, Taxation and business management, Mpho M.K Phela established Phela Enterprises with the aim of creating a company that not only excels in commodity supply but also contributes positively to the communities and environments it operates in. Mpho M.K Phela is an admitted Chartered Business Accountant in Practice with CIBA, a BCOM Accounting and Postgraduate Diploma in Management holder who has other short course certificates. Mpho M.K Phela continues to lead Phela Enterprises towards new horizons, focusing on sustainable growth and the well-being of future generations
